Chris is a Senior Associate at Ajax Strategies. Chris began his career at UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong as part of the Financial Sponsors Group before moving to UBS’s New York office, where he was part of the Industrials Group. During his time across both offices, he advised companies on a broad range of transactions, including M&As, private placements, debt financings, and initial public offerings.

Chris earned an MPhil degree in Modern and Contemporary Literature from Pembroke College, Cambridge. He also holds a B.A. degree magna cum laude in Applied Math-Economics and Comparative Literature from Brown University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys swimming and cycling, hiking, reading fiction and (auto)biographies, and traveling.
